Sony Playstation Move

Sony Move is new out on the market. It is essentially the PS3's answer to Nintendo Wii. It is an add-on to your PS3 to be able to play interactive games similar to the Wii. I really just wanted to post this funny commercial I saw for the Sony Move -- which really shows how intense the game play can get with the Sony Move.

I probably will not buy one as I don't own a PS3 and I haven't seen a need for purchasing yet. I do however think it would be a cool add-on if you do own a PS3, since the game play seems pretty cool and the initial extra pieces needed to play are reasonably priced for about $99, where you get a Move Motion Controller & "web-cam eye".

Wii Fit Plus causes weird behavior

It is very hard to describe in words the flying chicken game on the new Wii Fit Plus expansion game, so just check out the video. If you decided to play this game, make sure none of your friends have video phones behind you.

Inspired by the Opening Ceremonies

Sitting around watching the opening ceremonies, we are inspired to do our own Winter Wii Olympics. We will be using the Wii Fit Expansion Pack. So we will be doing Slalom Skiing, Snowoarding and of course, Snow Ball Fighting!!

Check back for results, but I will settle for nothing less than a GOLD!!

Wii Fit Plus - Expansion Pack

So, we were playing a good amount of 4 player Mario Kart this past Saturday. After a few rounds we decided to pull out the Wii Fit for the first time in apparently 265 days as it so rudely told us.

We put in the Expansion Pack - Wii Fit Plus game that someone got for Christmas. It includes some of the old classics like Hula Hoops, Ski Jump and Soccer Ball heading.
However there are a few extra add ons, like Bird Flying, where you try to land on Targets. Not my favorite. But if we're lucky I will get the video of Carrie Bird Flying uploaded soon.

I think our favorite new game ended up being Snow Ball Throw. Where you chuck snowballs at your fellow mii's. It was pretty fun and created some good competition...I'm pretty sure Jacon holds the crown at 24 or so. Right Hellabass?

So far I'm really not too impressed by the extra games on the Wii Fit Plus.
The one up-side is that there is multi-player mode, so that you don't have to exit out of the game in between each mini-game you decide to play.

Jacon's Review would be 3 out of 5 stars....
